At pilarrae beauty, every order is prepared with intention, care, and attention to detail. As a small, independently owned beauty brand, your order is personally handled and packaged by hand to ensure your experience feels just as beautiful as the products themselves.

Processing Your Order

Orders are typically processed and shipped Monday through Wednesday. We intentionally ship during the earlier part of the week whenever possible to help prevent packages from sitting in carrier facilities over the weekend.

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before your package is shipped.

Once your order has been lovingly prepared and handed off to the carrier, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Because our products and orders are handled by hand, processing times may occasionally take a little longer than expected. We believe in taking the time to get the details right rather than rushing your order out the door.

During launches, holidays, promotions, restocks, or periods of high order volume, additional processing time may be necessary.

Shipping & Carrier Delays

After your order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier. pilarrae beauty is not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages, incorrect shipping addresses, weather-related delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you are unable to locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
